I used to be someone with little to no confidence, and although I still do not (and probably never will) have the perfect body, I am finally content. I no longer really feel as obligated to be something I am not or look a certain way in order to look "good". I might not look "good" 99% of the time, but who cares? why do we constantly allow people to control how we feel about ourselves? we literally just let people take advantage of our feelings of ourselves and push us to want to become things we should not even want to be to begin with. society gives us these unrealistic expectations on how we should look, but in all honesty, why the fuck do people act like we can't do what we want, look the way we look, EAT WHAT WE WANT like shit Debby if you wanna devour a whole carton of ice cream then ya know what you should do? DEVOUR THAT WHOLE CARTON OF ICE CREAM! do things that make YOU happy. I used to think that I could only be happy if others were happy with who I am, but that was silly. there will always be people who try really hard to knock us down and make us feel poorly about ourselves. like how does someone else's image affect other people's daily lives???? hold on, I'll wait forever for an answer. but it's just this known thing that people have to "accept" us for us to feel validated, and it is S T U P I D. but believe me, I used to be that way and think that way to the point that it consumed me, but ya know what? I could not care less. self-love is so so sooooOOOOoooo important. stop with the hating. stop with the bullshit. love one another. love yourselves. but more important E A T WHAT YOU WANT. DO WHAT YOU WANT. BODY POSITIVITY ALWAYS.
